DO IT FOR YOU!
GOALS:
Always start with a goal, how much weight you want to lose and build your plan around your goal. This will help with your process. Also take before and after photo's this will motivate you more.
LONG TERM MOTIVATION:
I personally find following fitness youtuber's, give me the motivation to eat clean and push myself to hit my goals. your process photo's will help you so much, this is where you will see the difference more than the scale.
WATER:
Water is key when you are wanting to lose weight. It is very important to stay hydrated especially while you are working out. I drink 3-4L of water a day, it helps with skin it helps if you are bloating ect, water has so many beneficial effects. If you dont like water add some lemon it taste so fresh. You will see a difference after a week by drinking more water and eating clean.
BASIC NUTRITION:
There is a difference between just any calories and good calories, I see people in the shop and they will pick up a bar of chocolate over a protein bar, because the bar has less calories they think its the better options! THIS IS NOT THE CASE! High protein is key when losing weight, your body needs the protein to burn fat. Eat clean stay Lean!
EXERCISE:
Last but not Least exercise! This is where you will see your results, by doing cardio and resistance training 3 to 5 day's a week. This will help build lean muscle and burn fat. You will see a difference your physique within the first few day's.
