Hey Dolls, Hope your all doing well :) Here are some of my favorite breakfast ideas, they are filling and
super yummy. I eat these most days, and switch them up sometimes between breakfast, Lunch and dinner so don't think you just have to have them for breakfast :) I Picked these meals for mainly breakfast because they are
high in carbs,
fibre and high in protein. For me I like to try keep my carbs for early in the morning so I don't get any
cravings during the day, just what helps me :) I hope you enjoy these fitness posts and the meal ideas I am sharing, these are meals I eat and love so thought I would share. Let me no what your favorite meals are. :)
French Toast, This is my favorite meal to have, I try not to eat bread durning the week and I like to use this as a treat at the weekend or if I have a high carb day :) I top mine off with fresh strawberries and bananas and sometimes top it off with 0 calorie syrup, it taste bomb you should definitely give it a try. This meal is high in protein and fiber.
Fresh geek yogurt, fruit and garnola this is such a quick breakfast to have and keeps you full. If you don't eat breakfast you would enjoy it. This meal is great at evenings aswel if your craving and sweet things :) This is high in fibre and protein.
Oats, chocolate protein and fresh fruit. This is my favorite meal, I would have this meal every morning, it keeps me going until lunch time. I always switch up my protein powder to starwberry or vanilla. I also add water not milk but that is just what I perfer. This is also high in fiber, protein and vitamins
Brown wholemeal bread with two whole eggs, avocado and cucumber. This will keep you full its high in protein, high in fibre and fats. This meal is also perfect for lunchtime, somethings I will have an omelette just to switch it up. I dont always have bread but when I do I will have the french toast or eggs on toast its so yummy and fresh :)
