These snack's are high in protein and fats and will help you with your cravings :) When people think of DIETS they deprive themselves of every food and carbs, then they end up not getting the results they want and end up binging and lose motitvation. Its a lifestyle that means everything in moderation, If you try any of these snacks let me no what you think, also let me no what your favorite snacks are am always looking for new snacks to try :)
This is my favorite evening snack, this helps me not want to indulge in everything and it keeps me satisfied, I eat total 0% yogurt its high in protein and taste yummy :) I sometimes add in one square of dark chocolate if I feel like I want a threat. Dark chocolate has alot of health benefits, I also add in rasberries and 0 calorie syrup. You can add in whatever you want, I also add in peanut butter aswel. If you haven't tried this its a must :)
Rice cakes, peanut butter and banana this taste so good its also really good on a wrap aswel, this snack is high in protein, fats and low in carbs. This snack is perfect if you are on the go and its quick to make :)
This would be a mid morning snack for me, a protein shake and some fruit, I try to get my protein from whole foods but when am on the go and feeling like a snack I always bring a protein bar or a protein shake with me :) you can add whatever fruit you like I mix it up with watermelon, pineapple ect.
I always have a protein bar on the go this helps me to stay on track, I no some people don't like to have protein bars as some protein bars contain alot of sugars and are very high in carbs, I suggest the grenade bars as they are low in sugar and high in protein, the white chocolate is my favorite they tatse just like real chocolate not like most protein bars. The fulfil bars are very good aswel they are abit higher in sugar but still high in protein.
