Hey Doll's!! Happy Friday :D Hope your having a good day. Here is a quick video on how I make my protein shake / Smoothie's. I am noway a fitness coach or a nutritionist, I just have a passion for eating clean and working out,  I have learnt alot about my body over the past year and just love to share my tip's :) I thought this would be a good video to make, if you are wanting to start a healthy lifestyle, this can get you started and make you feel good about yourself. :)  After my workout I would make myself a Protein smoothie which help's me out alot, as you should have a protein shake after a workout, specially if you are weight trainning to repair your muscles. 


I would always change up my smoothie's, sometime's I will put cucumber, Baby spinach, Kale, orange's, peanut butter ect. I will do a blog post on different smoothie's to make as everyone has there own preference. I always add water to my smoothie's am not a big milk drinker, unless I having tea or coffee :) but you can add milk and whatever else you fancy :) I post alot of healthy food's ect on my instagram daily so come see what you think, and I can post more fitness blog's here if you like? :) I love working out and eatting clean make's me feel very good about myself and have more energy.

I was thinking of sharing a motivation post, how to get into clean eating and working out, finding what work's best for you :) You need to look after your body and you will feel 100% better :) Let me know what workout's you do in the gym and also what smoothie's you like and snack's aswell :)
