Guilt- Free Brownies | Amy Laura

Hey all, Happy Tuesday! So it's been some time since I have posted anything on my blog. So I guess I may start posting again and try not leave it so long again :) So any ideas feel free to comment. So I wanted to share some of my healthy protein brownies on here, cause summer is coming and we all want to feel good ect. So instead of eating junk food why not try out these brownies that are guilt free and are also so yummy.

You can add whatever you want to this mix, so feel free to use whatever else you want to add, you don't have to use everything I have used. Let me no what you have added into your brownies if you make them :)





  • 1 Packet of oats 40g
  • 200ml of Almond milk
  • Two scoops of any Protein powder you have
  • 2 Eggs or 2 Egg whites 
  • Natual Greek yogurt - 8 Tablespoons
  • Cacao powder or use Dark chocolate powder 8 Tablespoons
  • Chia Seeds 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • Matcha Powder 1 Tablespoon (optional)
Toppings:
  • Drizzle melted peanut butter 
  • Drizzle melted Dark Chocolate 

Blend all these together, easier if you do it step by step as I have it in order above.
Lightly grease a flat tray and pour the mix evenly into the tray.
Set your oven at 180c fan and bake for 20 mintues
Leave to cool for 1 hour
Leave in the fridge for 5-6 hours
Roughly makes 9-10
